结直肠癌中CEACAM1、VEGF的表达及与血管生成的关系和意义Expression of CEACAM1 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with angiogenesis

摘要(Abstract):
目的观察癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结直肠癌中的表达情况及与微血管密度(MVD)的关系和意义。方法选择90例行手术切除治疗结直肠癌患者的癌组织标本作为观察组,50例结直肠腺瘤患者的组织标本作为对照组,随机从观察组中选取10例距肿瘤边缘>5 cm的正常结直肠黏膜组织标本作为正常组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测3组组织标本中CEACAM1、VEGF表达情况,并记录MVD值,对CEACAM1、VEGF表达情况与MVD关系进行相关性分析。结果观察组中CEACAM1、VEGF阳性表达率和MVD值均明显高于对照组和正常组(P均<0.05)。观察组中CEACAM1、VEGF的阳性表达率及MVD值与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结有无转移、肿瘤临床分期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤浸润深度均有关系(P均<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无明显关系(P均>0.05)。线性相关性分析显示,CEACAM1、VEGF和MVD均具有正相关性(P均<0.05)。结论 CEACAM1、VEGF的高表达及MVD的升高与结直肠癌的生物学行为和进展关系密切,通过调节CEACAM1、VEGF的表达可能抑制肿瘤的浸润和转移。
