摘要(Abstract)：

目的观察Slug、E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,探讨Slug在食管鳞状细胞癌细胞侵袭及转移中的机制。方法免疫组化法检测70例食管鳞状细胞癌组织、17例癌旁不典型增生组织及20例正常食管黏膜组织中Slug、E-cadherin、Vimentin、MMP-9的表达情况。结果 Slug、Vimentin、MMP-9在食管鳞状细胞癌中高表达,显著高于正常食管黏膜,且随着恶性程度升高表达增加;E-cadherin在癌组织中表达降低(P<0.05)。在食管癌组织中Slug与Vimentin、MMP-9表达呈正相关(P均<0.05),与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论Slug转录因子通过诱导食管癌细胞EMT的发生及上调MMP-9的表达,在食管癌的发生发展以及癌细胞的浸润和继发转移中发挥重要作用。
