Tetraflex可调人工晶状体植入术后的临床观察

摘要(Abstract):
目的评价Tetraflex可调节人工晶状体植入术后的临床效果。方法对白内障患者36人49只眼行常规白内障超声乳化吸除联合Tetraflex可调节人工晶状体植入术。术后1天、1周及1个月、3个月进行常规裂隙灯、视力和眼压检查,术后3个月检查患者屈光状态、裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、裸眼近视力、最佳矫正近视力、最佳矫正远视力下的近视力、63cm的裸眼中间视力、主观调节幅度。结果术后3个月患者裸眼远视力为1.02±0.30,最佳矫正远视力为1.11±0.26,裸眼近视力为0.53±0.16,最佳矫正近视力为0.88±0.12,63cm中间视力为0.51±0.12,主观调节幅度为(1.85±0.12)D。结论 Tetraflex可调节人工晶体安全、有效,可为患者提供较佳的远、近及中间视力,但其远期临床效果有待于进一步研究。
