摘要(Abstract)：

目的明确手术治疗对于65岁以上老年胃癌患者术后生活造成的影响,为老年胃癌患者是否应该积极手术治疗提供可靠参考。方法选择116例65岁以上接受手术治疗的老年胃癌患者,分析手术并发症及致死率;术前、术后1个月、3个月和6个月采用特制的术后日常生活恢复调查表和生活质量调查表,评价患者术后日常生活情况和生活质量。结果老年胃癌患者手术并发症发生率为13.9%,致死率为0.9%。在术后第1个月40.9%患者的日常生活评分(ADL)下降,多数患者在之后有所恢复,仅仅7.0%在术后6个月仍然是持续在低水平。患者的生活质量评分(QOL)恢复到甚至超过平均术前评分。结论对于65岁以上的老年胃癌患者,如果有必要应该考虑手术治疗,并制定一个出院后康复计划,用来阻止老年患者术后持续的生活能力下降。
