CD133及Notch1基因在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达和临床病理意义Expressions of CD133 and Notch1 in epithelial ovarian cancers and their relationships with clinicopathologic characteristics

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨卵巢癌组织中CD133及Notch1的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测46例上皮性卵巢癌组织、18例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织及10例正常卵巢组织中CD133及Notch1的表达情况。结果正常卵巢组织、良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织及卵巢癌组织中CD133及Notch1的表达呈升高趋势,组间比较有显著性差异。CD133及Notch1表达水平与卵巢癌的分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移相关,而与年龄及组织类型无关。Spearman相关性分析显示CD133表达与Notch1的表达呈正相关。结论 CD133及Notch1的高表达可能与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关。
